ONLINE SHOPPING WITH WORKS-in-WOOD
- SHIPPING I try to ship at cost + the price of packaging, often when combined purchases are made Paypal struggles to come up with the right amount - rest assured that if you pay too much, I'll refund it.
- PAYMENT This site uses Paypal as it's payment gateway - I don't see your card details, I just get sent your payment and delivery address. You don't have to be a paypal member either - any valid credit or debit card can be used.
- DESPATCH Smaller items go Royal Mail 2nd class, larger via courier - currently UPS. I post each weekday, but once it goes it's all down to the Post Office !
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS The prices on the site are in GBP, it's easy enough to convert to your own currency via the web. Paypal automatically takes care of the conversion when you buy. Shipping internationally is by Royal Mail small packets Airmail and can only be up to about 2kg - If you wish to have me quote for shipping just email me.
- STOCK AVAILABILITY Many of the items here are made and ready to go, others are made to order, where this is the case it will point that out in the item description. For made to order items please allow up to 10 working days before despatch. I will email you when they're ready.
