REPLACEMENT WOODEN Le CREUSET HANDLES
The Small handle fits the 'Old' style range in all pans including milk pans up to the 22cm (sizes are marked under the lids and on the base of the pans)
In the 'New' style range I believe it fits up to the 18cm pan.
However, it's easy to tell which you need: Small handles show 94mm of wood between the back of the ferrule and the front of the Aluminium hanger, Large show 112mm.
Should yours be wildly different, it's either been 'doctored' or isn't a Le Creuset - but email me, I can probably help you out.
Available in English Oak or Elm, Elm being the closest in colour to the original Teak.
I can also make these with a fitted ferrule - again machined in my workshop, these are more substantial and in a higher grade Stainless Steel than the pressed originals and must be purchased/fitted at the same time as the handles.
Overall these handles aren't an exact match to the originals, they've a slightly chunkier, more ergonomic feel to them, which customers seem to appreciate.
